The challenge
Velo, a growing fitness studio chain, was sending Google Ads traffic to their cluttered homepage. Visitors had to hunt for class timings, pricing and the sign-up button. Unsurprisingly, clicks were expensive and few of them converted.
What we did
- Built a single-purpose landing funnel — one page per location, engineered around one action: book a free trial class. Fast, clear and mobile-first, loading in under a second.
- Rebuilt the search campaigns around tight, location-specific keyword themes with ad copy matched to each landing page.
- Wired conversion tracking so every trial booking and membership was attributed to the campaign, keyword and ad that drove it.
- Shifted budget weekly toward the locations and keywords with the lowest cost per qualified sign-up.
The results
The rebuilt funnel lifted trial sign-ups 88% and drove a 3.1x ROAS on ad spend — with pages loading in 0.9 seconds. Velo now scales spend confidently because every rupee is tied to a booking.
