The challenge

NorthEdge, an interiors studio, ranked for their brand name and almost nothing else. Their site was slow, had no internal linking strategy, and the few blog posts they had targeted high-volume terms that brought readers but never enquiries.

What we did

  • Fixed the technical foundation first — Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, broken canonicals and a messy URL structure were costing them indexation. We cleaned all of it before writing a word of new content.
  • Mapped buyer-intent keywords — instead of "interior design ideas", we targeted terms like "modular kitchen designers in Hyderabad" and "2BHK interior cost" that people search when they're ready to hire.
  • Built a content engine — service pages and guides that answered real pre-purchase questions and earned links naturally.
  • Strengthened local SEO — a fully optimised Google Business Profile, consistent citations and review prompts.

The results

Organic traffic grew 310% over nine months, but more importantly, the studio now ranks on page one for 40+ buyer-intent keywords, and organic leads grew 5.2x. Traffic that actually books consultations.
