FreshCart Foods
Rebuilt the paid social engine and store funnel for a grocery D2C brand.
The challenge
FreshCart, a Hyderabad-based grocery D2C brand, was spending steadily on Facebook and Instagram but couldn't tell which ads actually drove orders. Reporting stopped at "reach" and "engagement". Their cost per purchase was creeping up every month, and the checkout flow on their store leaked buyers at the payment step.
What we did
- Rebuilt tracking from scratch — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API were firing duplicate and missing events. We fixed the data layer so every add-to-cart and purchase was attributed correctly.
- Restructured the ad account around a clean prospecting → retargeting → retention funnel, instead of a dozen overlapping campaigns competing for the same budget.
- Built a creative testing system — a steady pipeline of hooks (price, freshness, convenience) tested weekly, with winners scaled and losers cut fast.
- Streamlined the checkout — fewer form fields, express payment options and a faster mobile load, recovering buyers who were dropping at the last step.
The results
In six months, revenue from paid social grew 212% while cost per acquisition fell 38%. Blended ROAS settled at 3.4x — and for the first time, the founder could open one dashboard and see exactly which creative was paying for itself.
"Our new website loads instantly and converts twice as well as the old one." — Sneha Reddy, CEO
